Booking Conditions

Booking Policy, Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are intended for your safety and ease of use of our services. They should be read and understood before making a booking. We have tried our best to keep the fine print to a minimum, but the following terms are necessary for the benefit of everyone who stays at Glenlowren. By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking | Payment | Cancellation Policy

If your stay is within 30 days of booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If the intended stay is more than 30 days away from time of booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The booking system cannot take a 50% deposit though, so the full amount will be charged to your card. If your reservation is more than 30 days ahead of booked date and you would like to pay 50% only at this stage, please email Tinne at tinne@glenlowren.com.au to request a 50% refund,. If you decide to request the refund, please keep in mind that the full balance is due 30 days prior to your intended stay. If the full balance has not been received by the due date, it is accepted that the booking is cancelled.
All bookings for the Nissen Hut require a $500 refundable damage deposit, which will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage claim is made.

Bookings cancelled with at least 30 days notice will receive a full refund.
Bookings cancelled with at least 14-29 days notice will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice will not be refunded, unless the property can be relet for that time.

As the online booking system is in real time, it is possible for a room to sell out before your purchase process is completed. If this occurs the customer’s search results will expire and the customer will need to begin the search process again. Glenlowren takes no responsibility for rooms becoming not available during the course of the booking procedure.

Glenlowren reserves the right to cancel a booking at any stage, particularly on Code Red days. All payments will be fully refunded in such unlikely event or if possible we will endeavour to find you accommodation of equivalent or better standards.

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel/cancellation insurance.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Your room will be ready for you by 3pm on the day of arrival, and check out time is 11.00am on the last day of your stay. Late check out or early check-in is possible  but is dependent on other bookings. In some cases a per hour fee is requested.

Please keep us informed as to your arrival time, especially if arriving after 7pm. If you wish to have a late check out, kindly check with us if that is possible.

Arrival: Your host will welcome you onto the property. There are written instructions in the room for the use of equipment and facilities. Guests must follow the instructions for using the TV’s, Spas and other electrical equipment. Failure to do so may leave guests liable for any damage they cause.

Glenlowren reserves the right to replace, with new, any missing, damaged or soiled items. Any additional cleaning will be charged appropriately. The guest acknowledges and accepts that the charge may be debited from the credit card or charge facility used for payment of the booking.

Non-Smoking: For the comfort and benefit of our guests, Glenlowren has a strict non-smoking policy for all internal facilities. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio areas, away from open windows and doors. Please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions: Glenlowren has the authority and the right at any time it sees fit to change or modify all or any part of these terms and conditions.
