Once inside the Nissen Hut, you’ll be captivated by the airy vaulted ceiling and warm interior. Sink into a comfortable armchair and gaze out the window across the fields to the hills beyond.

The history of the Hut is preserved in the iron ribs of the distinctive arch, creating a space full of natural light. The homely interior invites you to stretch out, relax and enjoy the stillness.

Offering accommodation for four people, the Hut has two spacious en-suite bedrooms and an exceptional lounge area. Bathe in the spa bathroom, feel warm and cosy in front of the log fire and cook up a feast in the sleek modern kitchen.

Outside, the private landscaped garden and wetlands provide a peaceful haven. Enjoy fishing, gourmet BBQs and magical evenings spent spotting native wildlife and listening to the birds chirping.

Check in time for The Nissen Hut is 3:00pm, with check out before 11:00am.

Rates

Our rates range from $650 to $680 for the Glenlowren Nissen Hut, depending on the timing of stay.  A two night minimum stay is required and all bookings require a $500 damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days or more: full refund less $100 administration fee.
  • 14 to 29 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days: no refund

Deposit

If the booking is made more than 45 days in advance, a deposit option is available. Please contact Tinne on 0407 345 050 to arrange a 50% deposit payment to secure your booking.

Events

Due to its delicate infrastructure and our aim to maintain the Nissen Hut’s calmness and tranquility, we do not accept high impact bookings. That includes wedding preparations with bridal party.
