Can we access the central common area when booking just the South Wing?
No, the central communal areas of the Farmstead are not available when booking just the South Wing. However, the South Wing itself offers generous living spaces with distinct zones for relaxation, dining, and entertainment.
Is the South Wing suitable for families with young children?
Absolutely! The South Wing will delight families with its dedicated “kiddie corner,” flexible bedroom configurations, and collection of board games, puzzles, and children’s toys. The farm environment also offers young guests the chance to experience country life up close.
Do you provide any food or supplies?
While the South Wing is self-catering, we stock your fridge and pantry with basic essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, and oil. We can provide additional locally sourced breakfast ingredients on request for an additional cost.
How far is Glenlowren from Melbourne?
Glenlowren will welcome you after an easy 60-minute drive from Melbourne CBD or 50 minutes from Melbourne Airport. Our location in Dixons Creek puts you in the heart of wine country while still being easily accessible from the city.
What activities are available on the property?
The South Wing gives you access to authentic farm stay experiences that will create lasting memories:

Sorry, we do not allow pets at Glenlowren to ensure the comfort of all our guests and to protect the native wildlife on our property.
What is your minimum stay requirement?
We require a minimum two-night stay for all bookings at the South Wing.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.
Is there a damage deposit required?
Yes, all bookings require a $1,500 damage deposit, which is fully refundable if no damage claim is made.
