Crafted with family and friends in mind, The Farmstead is the perfect place for a serene and magical rest beside the ones that you love. Decorated in a luxurious farmhouse style with unique nods to the property’s history throughout, The Farmstead is the perfect destination for a group looking to stay somewhere equally as beautiful as it is functional. With 2 distinct North and South wings, each with its own kitchen and entrance – The Farmstead features a large, central common area with  dining tables able to seat 28. This central common area is filled with activities such as a pool, table tennis and cards tables plus other activities – whilst also providing many nooks for independent comfort.

With a sleeping capacity of 21 and a cot, find yourself captivated by the spacious and thoughtful design of The Farmstead which allows for both comfort and luxury. Enjoy the soothing ability to wander into a beautiful garden at any moment you please, with an outdoor area accessible from each of the wings within the Farmstead, as well as the common area. Your stay will be self catering, but we will stock your fridge and pantry with some basic essentials like coffee, tea, sugar and milk, pepper, salt and oil. We can provide additional locally sourced breakfast ingredients on request. Additionally, we’ll  provide all of your linen and greet you upon arrival with our friendly, four-legged farmhands. 

Included in the capacity is our elegant Garden Suite, with room for 2 –  the Garden Suite, with an independent entrance is perfect for further privacy and peace.

During your stay you can relish the opportunity to relax within the accommodation, occupy your time with scenic walks through the working farm, enjoy the company of our animals – or perhaps, branch out and visit a few of the Yarra Valley local specialties including wineries, markets and art galleries. The Farmstead is perfectly fitting to use as a home base for a nearby celebration, or as simply to visit for some recharging. Whatever your reason, we’re sure you’ll fall in love with the crisp Yarra Valley air, expansive rolling hills and magical sounds of nature that envelop our property.

Facilities

The Farmstead consists of two wings and a suite sleeping 21 people. In total there are 8 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 laundries with ironing boards and washing machines with one tumble dryer, 3 living areas with games table and a private suite with separate kitchen, living room and entrance.

The North Wing and South Wing and Garden Suite can be booked separately if required.

Rates

Our rates range from $2250 to $2700 per night for The Farmstead, depending on the timing and duration of stay.  A two-night minimum stay is required and all bookings require a $1500 damage deposit, which is fully refundable if no damage claim is made.

The Farmstead consists of two wings and a common area and is usually booked together as one group accommodation. If you’re interested in booking only one wing, please get in touch with us to discuss options for the dates you are considering.

Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days or more: full refund less $200 administration fee.
  • 30 to 44 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days: no refund

Deposit

If the booking is made more than 90 days in advance, a deposit option is available. Please contact Tinne on 0407 345 050 to arrange a 50% deposit payment to secure your booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
