In an effort to keep our service as simple and easy as possible we do not create, use or store profiles of our customers. We only record PII and other information that we reasonably require to do business with you.

Information collected when you make a booking is used to charge your credit card and deliver your booking confirmation electronically. We may also contact you about your stay for customer service purposes or to make any changes or cancellations to your booking. Domain tracking of visitors to our website and how many visits each page receives may be collected to enhance the services and online experience that we provide.
Glenlowren does not disclose any information about customer bookings to anyone except as may be required by law. Glenlowren may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to Glenlowren’s interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.
Glenlowren believes that site visitors and customers should have control over the collection and use of their PII. You have control and access to your information such that if at any time you would like to enquire or alter the PII you provided to Glenlowren in your booking, please contact us.
The exterior cameras are for security purposes and for monitoring purposes to ensure that our rental policies are upheld. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights booked. The video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
