South Wing
The South Wing presents 4 elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Complemented by premium linen and carefully selected amenities, every room provides space for individual relaxation and retreat.
North Wing
The North Wing, including the charming Garden Suite, mirrors the South Wing’s style with 4 distinctively designed rooms. Each room, including the Garden Suite’s separate entrance and scenic views, delivers an elegant retreat, perfectly balancing shared enjoyment and personal tranquillity.
Communal Spaces & Dining
The heart of The Farmstead is a central common area, a hub for group enjoyment. This space offers dining tables capable of seating 28, perfect for communal meals and celebrations. This area also features a pool table, table tennis table, card tables, and inviting relaxation corners.
Booking Terms & Conditions
A two-night minimum stay is required and all bookings require a $1500 damage deposit, which is fully refundable if no damage claim is made.

What is the maximum capacity for group accommodation at Glenlowren?
The Farmstead at Glenlowren comfortably provides for 8 guests in single occupancy or up to 21 guests in a shared arrangement. The Nissen Hut and The Glenlowren Cottage can be booked alongside The Farmstead for larger groups requiring additional accommodation. This effectively expands our capacity to accommodate 11 guests in single occupancy or up to 27 guests on a shared basis.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time for The Farmstead Yarra Valley group accommodation is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 10:00 am.
I'm planning a wedding. Can I book group accommodation for the wedding party at Glenlowren?
We offer specialised services for wedding accommodations to ensure a perfect experience for the bridal party and guests. We recommend checking our Wedding Accommodation page for specific information. Please note that only The Farmstead is available for booking for wedding accommodation.
What types of group bookings does Glenlowren cater to?
Glenlowren is perfect for various group bookings, including family getaways, friends’ gatherings, special interest groups, small conferences and retreats. These groups all enjoy our unique group accommodation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parties.
Can we host a party or invite additional guests during our stay at Glenlowren?
We understand the appeal of celebrating in our beautiful settings. However, to maintain the tranquil atmosphere of Glenlowren and respect all our guests’ privacy and experience, we have a strict no-party policy. Additionally, only registered guests included in your booking are permitted on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
What shared spaces are available for groups?
Our group accommodation offers spacious communal areas, including a large dining room with tables for up to 28 people. We also have engaging activity areas with pool table, table tennis and peaceful nooks for personal relaxation. Outdoors you’ll find a Multi-sports court.
Is linen provided?
Yes, all linen is provided for the duration of your stay.
Are the kitchens equipped?
Each of our accommodation options comes with a fully-equipped kitchen. In The Farmstead, you will find three kitchen spaces, each with essential items for your convenience.
Can we request additional locally sourced breakfast ingredients?
Your stay will be self catering, but we will stock your fridge and pantry with some basic essentials like coffee, tea, sugar and milk, pepper, salt and oil. We can provide additional locally sourced breakfast ingredients on request for an additional cost.
