Glenlowren is situated right in the heart of the world-renowned Yarra Valley wine region with easy access to the area’s top attractions and local wedding venues. We are 1 hour’s drive East of Tullamarine International Airport and about the same distance from Melbourne CBD. Off the Melba Highway, is a lovely country road that wends its way to Glenlowren’s three accommodation options and its working farm. Glenlowren is located just North of both Yarra Glen and Healesville and centrally positioned as a base to explore the region.

The farm’s rural setting provides panoramic views by day and spectacular scenes of the night sky. Sit back and enjoy the abundance of wildlife right on your doorstep, go fishing in the lakes and even pick your own vegetables from the farm’s organic vegetable garden (seasonal).

Things To Do
Tarrawarra Museum of Art is a mere 10 minutes away and well worth a visit. Even closer you will find the spectacular Alowyn Gardens and the adjacent Chocolaterie.
The world-famous Four Pillars Gin Distillery and excellent breweries and cider houses are all within a 20 minute drive.
The Region
The region has an abundance of world-class cycling and walking trails to suit all abilities, including the stunning Lilydale to Warburton cycle trail. The secluded picturesque Dandenong Ranges, Marysville and Toolangi forest areas are all within easy reach.
For families, the nearby excellent Healesville Sanctuary provides a rare chance to interact with Australia’s best-known animals, whilst the Puffing Billy steam railway is also within easy driving distance.
